We are looking for high-agency candidates who can drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across digital marketing, measurement, experimentation, and generative AI enablement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured problem-solving, can manage multi-team projects, and wants to shape the future of data-driven, tech-enabled, insight-led marketing at IDFC FIRST Bank.
You will work directly with Brand, Digital Acquisition, Analytics, Martech, and Product teams to create clarity, drive execution, measure impact, and enable new capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 'Program & Project Execution: Drive strategic marketing programs end-to-end, from definition to execution to measurement. Manage multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, App/website teams, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
  • Digital Marketing Program Enablement: Enable strategic improvements in digital marketing including digital acquisition & hyper-personalization, campaign ops, landing page optimization, and creative workflows.
  • Drive analytics projects or frameworks: Work with the internal analytics teams aimed towards building a data-backed marketing function. Support measurement frameworks across MMM, MTA, incrementality, creative analytics, and experimentation.
  • Generative AI for Marketing: Identify and drive AI-led initiatives such as: Automated content generation, creative personalization, Insight extraction & summarization, campaign analysis, knowledge retrieval & internal copilots.
  • Data Enrichment & Process Improvements: Evaluate new ideas, capabilities, and partnerships using structured models. Improve the existing processes via automation/AI-led transformation to bring efficiencies. Work closely with the lead program manager to identify growth or efficiency levers within the marketing function.
  • Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Break down ambiguous problem statements into structured, actionable plans. Align teams across Brand, Digital Acquisition, Analytics, Tech, and Compliance. Ensure smooth execution through documentation, communication cadence, and escalation management.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • 'Competitive Benchmarking (Digital & AI-first): Track competitors' digital marketing trends, platform adoption, content formats, and AI usage. Produce monthly or quarterly benchmarking reports for leadership.
  • Risk, Compliance & Governance Alignment: Ensure all new digital, AI, and ad-tech initiatives meet internal governance rules. Manage review workflows with Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec. Maintain documentation for audits, approvals, and regulatory checks.
  • Internal Training & Capability Building: Sipport in conducting internal workshops on ad-tech updates, new platform features, or AI tools. Create knowledge repositories, FAQs, playbooks, and SOPs.
  • Support Martech Strategy & Integrations: Collaborate with Martech teams on CDP, CRM, APIs, and automation workflows.Aid in evaluating new martech tools or integrations (e.g., data clean rooms, identity partners).Bring a marketing lens to tech integrations to ensure usability.
Education Qualification:
Graduate - Business, social sciences, media, engineering
Post Graduate - MBA
Experience: 4+ years preferred
