Senior Marketing & Sales Lead

to drive our commercial growth while maintaining our brand's prestige. You will be responsible for the entire sales ecosystem--from high-level marketing strategy to closing HNIs (High Net-worth Individuals) and multi-designer boutique deals.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning

Develop and execute seasonal marketing calendars that align with collection launches. Oversee brand collaborations, high-end events, and trunk shows in major fashion hubs (Delhi, Mumbai, Dubai, etc.). Ensure the "Orthodox" narrative is consistent across all physical and digital touchpoints.

2. Revenue & Sales Growth

Direct-to-Consumer (DTC):

Manage the sales team to ensure high conversion rates and exceptional client service.

B2B / Wholesale:

Identify and secure placements in premium multi-designer stores and international boutiques.

VIP Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for HNIs, celebrities, and stylists, providing a bespoke "white-glove" shopping experience.

3. Market Intelligence

Analyse luxury market trends and competitor pricing to position Orthodox Heritage effectively. Use data-driven insights to forecast demand and influence future design directions based on sales feedback.

Strict Requirements

Fashion Industry Pedigree:

Minimum

5 years of experience

working strictly within the Fashion Industry (Designer labels, Luxury Retail, or Fashion Houses).

Network:

An existing network of HNIs, fashion stylists, and boutique owners is highly desirable.

Communication:

Masterful storytelling and negotiation skills in English; ability to articulate the value of "slow fashion" and "heritage craftsmanship."

Education:

A degree from a premier institute (NIFT, Pearl, IISC, or similar) is preferred.

Location:

Must be based in or willing to relocate to

Lucknow

for regular operations at our Gomti Nagar studio.

The Orthodox Heritage Standard

We are looking for a "Sophisticated Closer." You should be comfortable discussing thread counts and cultural history in one breath and conversion metrics and quarterly targets in the next.
