Senior Marketing & Sales Executive

Experience Required:

3-5 years in logistics/freight forwarding sales

Location:

Mumbai

Key Responsibilities



Drive business development initiatives and achieve aggressive sales targets Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the logistics and supply chain sector Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and high-value clients Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends Develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums Handle escalations and resolve client concerns professionally

Work Schedule



6 Days a week

2 days in office (for strategic planning, team coordination, and reporting) 4 days on field (client meetings, site visits, and business development)

Eligibility Criteria



Education:

Graduate

Experience:

3-5 years of proven sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry

Languages:

Excellent command over English, Marathi, and Hindi

Age:

25-30 years

Required Skills & Competencies



Mandatory:

Prior experience in logistics/cargo/freight forwarding sales Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics services Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability Established network of contacts in the logistics industry (preferred) Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and occasionally to Pune.
