The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, drive room revenue, enhance F&B visibility, and promote luxury experiences of the hotel. The role requires strong expertise in hospitality marketing, digital strategy, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage brand positioning, advertising, PR, and communication for the hotel.
Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, website, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.
Collaborate with sales, revenue management, and operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and events.
Manage agency partnerships, influencers, and media relations.
Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and campaign performance.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant field.
8-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury or 5-star hospitality.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
