JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in sales with strong communication skill in English & Hindi. The candidate should be confident in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to final negotiation, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Engage with prospective clients through leads provided by the company. Conduct timely and professional follow-ups to nurture client interest and maintain engagement. Build and maintain strong relationship with potential clients. Coordinate and schedule client meetings for detailed discussions. Maintain consistent and professional communication throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale. Participate in occasional site visits with clients to provide on-ground insights and support decision-making. Meet and exceed predefined sales targets and performance metrics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of sales experience. Experience in turf, landscaping, civil construction, or sports infrastructure sales will be a plus. Good communication skills in English & Hindi is required. Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
