Senior Marketing Manager -3-7 years- Mumbai
Location - Mumbai
Summary -A high-impact digital marketing leadership role for someone who can drive performance marketing, influencer growth, content, and campaign execution end-to-end. Responsibilities - * Drive digital acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other key channels.

• Manage daily performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and funnel improvements.
• Lead influencer and creator management including briefing, approvals, and deliveries.
• Oversee content calendars, storytelling content, reels, and social media engagement.
• Manage website updates, e-commerce listings, and CRM workflows (email, WhatsApp, push).
• Support BTL campaigns with digital assets and offline-to-online conversion tracking.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, agencies, and junior marketing members for execution.

Requirements - * 3-7 years of digital marketing experience in D2C, wellness, Ayurveda, beauty, FMCG, or related domains.

• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, attribution, and funnel optimization.
• Hands-on experience running Meta & Google ads or working with performance agencies.
• Proven experience in influencer/campaign operations and creative coordination.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven work culture with strong execution skills.
