Job Summary

Primacy Infotech is hiring a

Senior Marketing Manager (ERP & Digital Strategy)

to lead and scale our marketing function for

ERP, AI, and digital solutions

. This is a leadership role responsible for driving inbound demand, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting revenue growth through close collaboration with the ERP Sales leadership team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in

B2B technology marketing

, demand generation, and strategic campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the

overall marketing strategy

for ERP, AI, and digital offerings Own

inbound lead generation

, lead quality, and pipeline contribution Build and strengthen

brand positioning

across digital and offline channels Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, performance, events, partnerships) Collaborate closely with

ERP Sales leadership

to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals Manage lead nurturing, marketing automation, and funnel optimization Track and analyze marketing performance, ROI, CAC, and pipeline metrics Manage marketing budgets, tools, vendors, and agencies Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing team Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging technologies (ERP & AI)

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in

B2B IT / ERP / SaaS / Technology marketing

Proven experience in

demand generation, inbound marketing, and brand management

Strong understanding of

ERP solutions and enterprise sales cycles

Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and analytics tools Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities Experience marketing AI or advanced technology solutions is a plus
