Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Market Strategy & Growth



Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the Indian market, ensuring alignment with Soctrip's global objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine marketing initiatives. Localize Soctrip's marketing campaigns to align with regional cultural and consumer behaviours. Build strong relationships with local media, travel influencers, and key industry partners. Digital & Performance Marketing Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions. Manage partnerships with Google, Meta, and other key advertising platforms for performance marketing campaigns. Optimize marketing spend to achieve customer acquisition cost (CAC) targets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Track and analyse key marketing metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

Brand & Community Development



Work closely with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), influencers, and brand ambassadors to enhance Soctrip's brand presence in India. Develop local branding initiatives, sponsorships, and PR activities to increase brand recognition. Manage social media channels, ensuring high engagement and customer interaction. Drive Soctrip's community-building efforts, fostering user-generated content and engagement in travel communities.

Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing



Identify and onboard local affiliates, travel agencies, and business partners to drive bookings and revenue. Develop co-marketing initiatives with key partners such as airlines, hotels, and travel service providers. Collaborate with the Partner Relations team to enhance supplier marketing efforts and joint promotions.

Coordination with Internal Teams



Work closely with the Product, Revenue Management, and Partner Relations teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with Soctrip's business objectives. Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Brand Awareness: Growth in brand searches, media mentions, and social media engagement in India. Customer Acquisition: Increase in new user sign-ups and first-time bookings. Revenue Growth: Contribution of marketing efforts to overall GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) in India. Marketing ROI: Optimization of marketing spend to achieve target ROAS and CAC. Community Engagement: Growth in user-generated content, online reviews, and influencer participation
