Identify target customer segments and plan campaigns accordingly.
Conduct market surveys to understand site visibility needs and competitor presence.
2. On-Ground Marketing & Visibility
Plan and execute outdoor branding such as:
Hoardings
Standees
Flex banners
Site boards
Directional signage
Ensure all sites have clear, attractive marketing visibility as per brand guidelines.
3. Property Promotion & Site Support
Conduct property-focused offline campaigns (flyers, local promotions, kiosks, etc.).
Support leasing teams with brochures, property data sheets, and presentation kits.
Organize property open houses, walk-ins, local roadshows, and promotional events.
4. Broker & Channel Partner Network
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners.
Organize broker meets, networking events, and property familiarization tours.
Create and coordinate broker incentive programs and promotional offers.
5. Lead Generation through Local Marketing
Drive local lead-generation through:
Door-to-door distribution
Local advertising (pamphlets, newspapers, inserts)
Area mapping and micro-market promotions
Create partnerships with corporates, institutions, and neighboring businesses.
6. Offline Media & Print Management
Oversee printing of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, standees, and banners.
Coordinate with designers and print vendors for timely execution.
Manage ATL/BTL marketing activities relevant to property leasing.
7. Event Management
Plan and execute small-scale events, local promotions, community engagement programs, and launch events for new properties.
Ensure complete event coordination including setup, branding, and follow-up.
8. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct field visits for competitor study, pricing comparisons, visibility checks, and market trends.
Provide insights to management on improvement areas and new opportunities.
9. Reporting & Budgeting
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on offline marketing performance, leads, and ROI.
Manage the offline marketing budget, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost control.
