Job Description

1. Campaign Support



You'll assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns tailored to the residential project's goals. This includes:

Supporting launch campaigns for new phases or towers. Coordinating seasonal promotions and festive offers. Helping with media planning and ad placements (print, radio, digital).
You'll learn how to align messaging with buyer motivations--whether it's affordability, luxury, location, or lifestyle.

2. Digital Marketing Coordination



Digital platforms are central to modern real estate marketing. You'll help manage:

Social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Website updates (project milestones, new images, blog posts). Online listings on property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).
You'll monitor engagement metrics like reach, click-through rates, and inquiries, and report them to the team for optimization.

3. Content Creation



You'll contribute to the creation of marketing materials that inform and inspire:

Brochures and flyers for site distribution. Email newsletters for lead nurturing. Blog posts and articles highlighting project features, lifestyle benefits, and local amenities.
You'll work with designers and copywriters to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with brand tone.

4. Market Research



Understanding the market is key to effective positioning. You'll conduct research on:

Competitor projects and pricing strategies. Buyer demographics and preferences. Local infrastructure developments (schools, malls, transport).
This data helps refine messaging and identify unique selling points (USPs) for your project.

5. Event Assistance



Events are powerful tools for engagement. You'll help organize:

Site visits and open houses. Launch events and press briefings. Community engagement activities (e.g., weekend carnivals, yoga sessions).
You'll coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and ensure a smooth experience for attendees.

6. Lead Management



Marketing generates interest--but converting that interest into sales requires follow-up. You'll assist in:

Tracking leads from campaigns and events. Updating CRM systems with lead details and status. Coordinating with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
You'll learn how to qualify leads and understand buyer journeys.

7. Brand Consistency



Every piece of communication should reflect the project's identity. You'll help ensure:

Visual consistency in colors, fonts, and layouts. Messaging consistency across platforms. Proper use of logos, taglines, and brand guidelines.
This builds trust and recognition among potential buyers.

8. Reporting & Documentation



You'll maintain organized records of:

Campaign performance metrics. Marketing expenses and budgets. Customer feedback and testimonials.
These reports help evaluate success and inform future strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
