Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Marketing Manager

with strong

product knowledge

and proven expertise in leading end-to-end marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for

driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention

through integrated campaigns while closely collaborating with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps.

The ideal candidate is both

strategic and hands-on

--skilled in understanding consumer needs, positioning products effectively in competitive markets, and delivering measurable results across multiple channels.

Experience working with German and European clients, markets, and customer behaviors is essential for this role.



Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute

marketing strategies and campaigns

that align with product launches, enhancements, and brand goals. Partner with product management teams to deeply understand

product features, positioning, and target audiences

. Craft compelling

product messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies

. Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives including

digital, social media, content marketing, performance marketing, PR, and events

. Define, track, and optimize

KPIs

such as lead generation, conversion, customer engagement, and retention. Manage

budget planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis

for marketing activities. Guide and mentor

junior marketing team members

to foster a high-performance culture. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure

consistent product positioning and messaging

across all touchpoints. Stay updated on

market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

to identify new opportunities. Leverage

AI-driven marketing tools

(for personalization, customer segmentation, and campaign automation) to optimize performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with

German and European clients

, ensuring marketing campaigns are tailored to regional cultures, expectations, and compliance requirements.

Requirements



6+ years

of experience in marketing management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Strong understanding of

product lifecycle management

and go-to-market execution. Proven track record of delivering

successful product marketing campaigns

in B2C or B2B environments. Excellent knowledge of

digital marketing channels, analytics, and automation tools

. Strong analytical skills with experience using

Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms

.

Must-have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

--with the ability to clearly convey ideas, influence decision-making, and align cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience working with

German and European clients

; understanding of

regional market trends, customer behaviors, and cultural nuances

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Marketing, Business, or related field
