Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
marketing strategies and campaigns
that align with product launches, enhancements, and brand goals.
Partner with product management teams to deeply understand
product features, positioning, and target audiences

Craft compelling
product messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies

Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives including
digital, social media, content marketing, performance marketing, PR, and events
.
Define, track, and optimize
KPIs
such as lead generation, conversion, customer engagement, and retention.
Manage
budget planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis
for marketing activities.
Guide and mentor
junior marketing team members
to foster a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure
consistent product positioning and messaging
across all touchpoints.
Stay updated on
market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
to identify new opportunities.
Leverage
AI-driven marketing tools
(for personalization, customer segmentation, and campaign automation) to optimize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
German and European clients
, ensuring marketing campaigns are tailored to regional cultures, expectations, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
6+ years
of experience in marketing management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong understanding of
product lifecycle management
and go-to-market execution.
Proven track record of delivering
successful product marketing campaigns
in B2C or B2B environments.
Excellent knowledge of
digital marketing channels, analytics, and automation tools
.
Strong analytical skills with experience using
Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
.
Must-have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
