Senior Manager - Performance Marketing
to lead our paid media strategy and drive measurable business impact across multiple digital channels.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven
Performance Marketing Leader
with 8-10 years of experience in paid media, ideally within the B2B or healthcare technology space. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to scale high-performing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and can collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content, and leadership teams to align marketing performance with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across
Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube
.
Develop and refine audience targeting strategies for U.S. healthcare markets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Manage and optimize large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on lead quality, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to design Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that target key healthcare organizations.
Implement performance measurement frameworks -- tracking key metrics such as
CAC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI
.
Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals and conversion strategies.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for digital performance marketing, advising internal stakeholders on emerging trends and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with evolving advertising technologies, analytics tools, and digital innovations in healthcare marketing.
Qualifications
Experience:
8-10 years in performance marketing, with proven success in B2B or healthcare campaigns.
Technical Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
.
Proficiency in analytics tools like
Google Analytics
and
Google Tag Manager
.
Familiarity with
CRM systems
and
marketing automation tools

Creative Skills:
Ability to craft effective ad creatives and messaging aligned with brand tone and compliance standards.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and data-driven content.
Education:
MBA or relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
