About the Role

We're seeking an experienced

Senior Marketing Manager

to lead marketing strategy, drive qualified leads, and strengthen brand presence for our real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with strong digital expertise and real estate experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing strategies for properties and corporate branding Manage digital campaigns (SEO, social media, PPC, email, CRM) to generate leads Oversee marketing materials, website content, listings, and project launches Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI Lead vendor relationships and guide a small marketing team Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with revenue goals

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience (real estate required) Strong digital marketing and lead-generation skills Experience with CRM, Google Analytics, and listing platforms Excellent communication, project management, and creative skills Ability to manage budgets and work in a fast-paced environment
