Job Summary:



The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy and execution for the company's real estate projects--residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role involves developing and implementing brand-building initiatives, digital and offline campaigns, and customer engagement strategies that drive sales, brand visibility, and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Define marketing budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with business goals. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities.

Brand Management



Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all marketing channels. Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, project brochures, videos, hoardings, and digital content. Manage PR, events, and media relations to strengthen the company's market presence.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation



Plan and monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive qualified leads. Collaborate with digital agencies for performance marketing and analytics. Track ROI on digital spends and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Project Launch & Events



Plan and execute high-impact project launches, property expos, and customer engagement events. Coordinate with design, sales, and site teams to ensure marketing materials align with project timelines. Partner with real estate brokers, channel partners, and influencers to expand reach.

Customer Insights & Relationship Marketing



Use CRM tools to analyze customer data and improve conversion rates. Develop loyalty and referral programs to enhance customer retention. Gather customer feedback and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives, digital specialists, and designers. Work closely with sales, finance, and operations to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

Experience:

8-12 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the

real estate sector

(residential, commercial, or luxury segments). Proven track record of managing successful real estate launches and lead generation campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
