Senior Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing initiatives and accelerate our growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Autoom Studio's goals, focusing on building brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Campaign Management:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Content & Creative Direction:
Oversee content creation and collaborate with the design team to ensure all marketing materials effectively communicate Autoom Studio's value propositions.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to guide marketing strategies.
Team Leadership:
Manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration, mentoring, and project management to achieve campaign goals.
Performance Analysis:
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform and optimize future initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Work closely with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Budget Management:
Plan, allocate, and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements and Eligibility:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT services, digital marketing, or technology sector.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Digital Marketing, Google Ads) is a plus.
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
