GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Monetization Operations for our newly composed role, responsible for orchestrating monetization operations and driving incremental growth and run-rate optimization across our rest of world and international business.
The role will identify, craft and deliver plans to tackle business problems and resolve issues delivering solutions that address key issues such as currency display changes, payment method failures, page timeouts, and conversion rate drop-offs. You'll Ccnceptualise, build and implement automated detection and resolution systems. Collaborate with Data, AI, UX, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate solutions

What you'll get to do...

• Develop and implement automated systems for detecting monetization performance anomalies across our e-commerce platform
• Collaborate with Data and AI teams to develop machine learning models for predictive analytics and anomaly detection in monetization processes
• Build comprehensive dashboards for real-time monitoring of monetization performance metrics
• Establish cross-functional processes for rapid triage, prioritization, and resolution of detected monetization issues
• Work with engineering teams to integrate automated detection and resolution systems into existing e-commerce infrastructure
• Own the creation of a data-driven prioritization framework for monetization opportunities and issue resolution
• Regularly analyze and report on key monetization metrics, system performance, and the impact of resolution efforts to leadership
• Foster knowledge sharing and best practices across teams involved in monetization operations

Your experience should include...

• 5+ years' experience in e-commerce operations and platforms solving monetization challenges. Strong prior experience with e-commerce platforms and payment systems
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation and data visualization tools including Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and data querying
• Experience collaborating with Data Science/AI teams and understanding of ML concepts and applications
• Project management skills, including use of tools like Jira or Asana, and experience in cross-functional technical initiatives
• Able to translate sophisticated technical concepts to diverse partners globally

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or technical Master's preferred
