Senior Sales Executive

with strong experience in the

Real Estate and Media Services industry

. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently--right from prospecting to closing deals--while leveraging industry contacts and databases to drive business growth. This role requires a confident professional who can travel across India, meet clients independently, build strong relationships, and deliver impactful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging an existing industry database. Conduct client meetings independently--handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Understand client requirements and pitch tailored creative, media, and marketing solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Manage and grow long-term client relationships for repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports using CRM tools. Travel extensively across India for client acquisition and relationship management.

Requirements

Experience: 2-4 years in Real Estate Sales and Media Services Sales. Strong existing client database and industry network. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Confident, self-driven, and capable of handling clients independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
