Job Description

A) Agency Coordination & Campaign Management



Brief agencies on campaigns ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives. Manage online/offline campaigns with media planning across print, OOH, digital, and radio. Provide creative briefs, review work, give feedback, and ensure timely approvals. Support sales with creatives and promotional material to drive conversions. Oversee digital marketing--weekly reviews, monitor spends, and optimize CPL/lead quality. Push presales for qualified leads and site visits. Plan and execute events (channel partner meets, launches, celebrations). Manage campaign budgets and maintain stock of marketing collaterals.

B) Agency Management



Coordinate with ad, digital, AV, event, branding, and walkthrough/render agencies for smooth delivery. Monitor CPL and lead quality with digital agency. Provide feedback, resolve queries, and ensure timely completion. Handle scale model projects and office planning layouts with customer team. Conduct site visits, share specifications, and oversee execution. Plan and support events with research, flow design, and execution.

C) Vendor Management



Select vendors based on project needs and performance. Build long-term relationships and negotiate rates/payment terms. Monitor vendor execution for brand/quality standards.

Pay: ₹518,027.22 - ₹874,598.03 per year
