, while managing a talented 5-member team. You will be responsible for shaping brand perception, increasing patient and student footfalls, and positioning the institutions as leaders in Ayurveda, healthcare, and education.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase patient consultations, and boost student admissions.
Prepare and monitor annual and monthly marketing budgets with performance-based goals.
Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital, print, outdoor, and PR, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.
Identify growth opportunities through strategic partnerships, targeted outreach programs, and the launch of new services.
Digital Marketing & Online Growth
Oversee all digital marketing activities, including social media, Google Ads, SEO, website content, and analytics.
Plan data-driven online campaigns to improve conversions and optimise ad performance.
Coordinate with the content, design, and telecalling teams for timely and creative digital output.
Review campaign insights weekly and present performance reports to management.
Offline Marketing & Brand Development
Plan local and regional marketing initiatives, health camps, awareness sessions, college events, and community engagements.
Coordinate with vendors for print ads, hoardings, banners, and promotional materials.
Maintain brand consistency across the hospital, college, and outreach communication.
Drive festival, cultural, and academic event promotions to strengthen community connection.
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate wellness programs, institutional tie-ups, and referral networks.
Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, organisations, and wellness partners.
Create and monitor strategies for patient referral, loyalty, and retention programs.
Track and analyse leads, conversions, and business impact through CRM tools.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead a team (Digital Marketer, Graphic Designer, Content Writer, Telecaller, etc).
Assign goals, review weekly progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Collaborate closely with Doctors, Faculty, and Management for seamless campaign execution.
Foster a results-oriented culture with accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
