Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Marketing Manager

who can

own the complete marketing strategy

for the destination.



This is a

strategy and leadership role

-- planning, budgeting, ROI tracking, influencer strategy, and campaign design.

Execution will be handled by internal tech teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute the

overall marketing strategy

for the destination Plan and manage

campaigns for restaurants, retail, and amphitheatre events

Design

influencer marketing strategies

across food, lifestyle, fashion, and culture Plan

event-led promotions

to drive footfall and engagement Own

marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI

Analyze

previous events, footfall data, and campaign performance

Guide social media and content direction (strategy level) Work closely with agencies, creators, and internal teams

Who Should Apply

5-12+ years of experience in

marketing leadership roles

Background in

lifestyle, retail, F&B, hospitality, events, or luxury brands

Strong understanding of

experiential and destination marketing

Proven ability to

plan campaigns and measure ROI

Strategic thinker with a passion for

food, fashion, music, and culture
