Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing strategies and drive business growth in the Government and Defence sectors. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with proven experience in high-level marketing, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote
Saif Automations' solutions and services
.
Plan and conduct
customer visits
with key stakeholders, including Government departments, Defence establishments, and Public Sector Organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Government officials, Defence procurement teams, and strategic partners.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and partnerships within the Government and Defence space.
Oversee
marketing campaigns, events, and brand development initiatives
.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with company objectives.
Prepare
proposals, presentations, and reports
for management and client reviews.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.
Preferred: Ex-Government employee or candidate with Government/Defence sector marketing experience.
Strong network within Government, Defence, or Public Sector organizations is a plus.
Proven expertise in strategic planning, client engagement, and high-value deal closure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
