- Marketing Executive

Position: Marketing Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 2-5 years in Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and marketing activities.

Promote company projects/products and explain features to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales conversions.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales reports.

Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and on-ground marketing activities.

Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (Real Estate experience preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to meet targets and work independently.

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.

Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
