, you will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and execution across multiple platforms and touchpoints. You will oversee brand positioning, product marketing, digital strategy, campaigns, partnerships, and more. This is a leadership role that combines creativity, data-driven decision-making, and team management.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Strategy
Own and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the brand.
Build brand positioning, tone, and identity consistent across all channels.
Develop and execute launch plans for new product introductions.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Oversee D2C marketing across paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.), SEO/SEM, and influencer channels.
Collaborate with performance marketing teams/agencies to drive growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
Monitor and optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and campaign performance.
Content & Social Media
Guide social media strategy, content planning, and storytelling across platforms.
Work closely with the content team to ensure high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
Oversee email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
Partnerships & PR
Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies and brand collaborations.
Build media relationships and PR strategies to drive brand visibility.
Team & Budget Management
Lead a growing marketing team; mentor junior marketers.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design, operations).
Qualifications
6-10 years of marketing experience in B2C brands, preferably in beauty, skincare, personal care, or D2C space.
