Your Role:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

Oversee the creation of the marketing calendar and ensure all activities are aligned with business objectives.

Campaign Management:

Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and media channels.

Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.

Ensure team members have the resources and support needed to succeed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and product launches.

Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns and initiatives.

Female candidates with prior experience in the concerned field will be highly appreciated.

Must be open to travel within Assam/ North-East states.
