Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Develop multi-channel marketing plans, set objectives, identify target audiences, and position the brand.

Campaign Management:

Lead execution of campaigns (digital, social, email, events) from start to finish, coordinating internal teams or external agencies.

Team Leadership:

Manage, train, and motivate marketing associates or coordinate with agencies.

Budgeting:

Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and track campaign spending.

Performance Analysis:

Analyze data (website clicks, conversion rates, market trends) and report on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Support to ensure marketing aligns with business goals and new offerings are launched effectively.

Market Research:

Identify new markets, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
Qualification: Degree
Salary Range: 20K to 50K
