Email Marketing Manager - 7+ Years - Gurugram / Bangalore (Hybrid)
Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for a global analytics practice. Responsibilities * Lead complete email marketing lifecycle - from planning and audience segmentation to testing, execution, and optimization.

• Manage and execute campaigns using Braze (or similar CRM tools).
• Partner with analytics, design, and product teams to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Oversee template design, compliance, and unsubscribe management.
• Conduct A/B testing and personalization to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with evolving sports industry engagement trends and fan lifecycle strategies.

Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of CRM, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-handling skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
• Prior exposure to sports marketing or fan engagement is a plus.
