About Us:

We are a fast-growing IT services company expanding in USA & European markets. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Head who specializes in B2B lead generation for IT services.

This role is purely focused on lead generation - we expect consistent delivery of quality leads every week.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate quality B2B leads in the USA & Europe IT services market. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM). Manage email marketing campaigns with personalized outreach & automation tools. Drive social media marketing (SMM) campaigns for brand visibility. Act as a POC for prospects, nurture them into qualified leads. Work closely with the sales team to ensure pipeline growth and conversions. Prepare weekly reports on lead generation performance and ROI.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT services lead generation (USA & Europe). Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, SMM, and Lead Nurturing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to consistently deliver quality leads every week. Must be willing to work from Delhi office (12:30 PM - 8:30 PM, Mon-Sat).
