To drive overall marketing and business development activities for Mutual Funds, AIFs, and Equity products. The role involves expanding business reach, managing HNI clients, leading a small team, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to
expand business
in Mutual Funds, AIFs, and Equity products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
HNI and UHNI clients
, providing investment insights and portfolio recommendations.
Conduct investor awareness programs, seminars, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Identify potential clients, channel partners, and business opportunities to increase
AUM (Assets Under Management)
.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing campaigns and client servicing.
Prepare and present business performance reports, MIS, and client feedback summaries to management.
Manage and mentor the marketing / sales team to achieve set business targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the investment domain.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
Mutual Fund, AIF, and Equity
products.
Proven experience in
business development, client acquisition, and marketing
within the financial services industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to
handle HNI clients
and manage a team effectively.
Result-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
