Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
Manage and grow engagement across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
Optimize website and content for search engines and performance.
Design and run email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Zoho.
Monitor and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio.
Coordinate A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
Support marketing automation and CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Team Collaboration & Mentoring
Work closely with the content, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing alignment.
Mentor and guide the Graphic Design Intern
on design briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction.
Review creatives and provide constructive feedback to enhance brand impact and visual appeal.
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets in line with campaign timelines.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
Proven track record in managing paid campaigns and social media growth.
Strong grasp of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
Experience with design tools (basic use of Canva/Figma) is a plus.
Ability to communicate creative vision and design standards effectively.
Prior experience in mentoring, team collaboration, or creative leadership is desirable.
