About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven

Marketing Executive

with hands-on experience in the

cement or building materials industry

. The ideal candidate will support our sales and marketing initiatives, strengthen dealer/distributor relationships, and contribute to achieving market growth in the Hyderabad region.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with

dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors.

Identify new business opportunities and market segments for product expansion. Conduct competitor analysis, market mapping, and customer feedback collection. Coordinate

on-ground marketing campaigns

, product demos, and promotional events. Manage local advertising, branding materials, and ensure visibility in key markets. Support sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities. Prepare reports on market performance, customer engagement, and campaign outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, or related field

(MBA preferred).

3-5 years of experience

in

Cement, Construction Materials, or Building Products

industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage channel relationships effectively. Proficiency in

MS Office

; exposure to

digital marketing tools

is an added advantage. Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
