Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced
Marketing Professional
to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the education industry and will be responsible for promoting Patshala's brand, driving student enrollment, and increasing our online and offline presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive student acquisition.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and coordinate offline marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, career fairs, and school/college outreach programs.
Collaborate with the academic and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and suggest improvements.
Handle social media content strategy and engagement.
Manage the creation of promotional materials like brochures, banners, emailers, and newsletters.
Work with designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and other relevant institutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech or educational services marketing.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing strategies.
Basic understanding of CA/CMA course structures and student profiles
