We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Cement Marketing Executive to promote and sell our cement products. The role requires building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and construction professionals to increase market share and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers such as builders, contractors, and distributors.
Visit construction sites to promote cement products.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and channel partners.
Execute local marketing activities and brand promotion campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities.
Conduct product demos and customer education.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in cement or building material sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of local geography and construction trends.
