To plan, execute, and support

Above-The-Line (ATL)

and

Below-The-Line (BTL)

marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales for real estate projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesATL Marketing

Coordinate

print, radio, outdoor (hoardings), and digital ATL campaigns

Liaise with advertising agencies and media partners Assist in media planning, release schedules, and campaign execution Monitor ATL campaign performance and maintain release records Ensure branding consistency across all ATL communications
BTL Marketing

Plan and execute

site promotions, roadshows, kiosks, canopy campaigns, and activations

Manage

site branding

(banners, standees, posters, signage, brochures) Organize

channel partner meets, site events, and customer engagement programs

Coordinate printing, fabrication, and vendor management Support sales team through

lead generation and site walk-ins

Reporting & Coordination

Track leads generated from ATL & BTL activities Prepare activity reports and campaign effectiveness summaries Conduct competitor analysis and local market mapping Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and RERA norms
Skills & Competencies

Understanding of

ATL & BTL marketing concepts

Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills Vendor and agency management Willingness to travel and work at project sites Basic MS Office and reporting skills
Qualification & Experience

Graduate in Marketing / Business / Any discipline

3-5 years

of experience in real estate marketing (ATL/BTL exposure preferred)
Preferred

Experience in

real estate or construction industry

Knowledge of local market and media landscape
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
