Plan and execute marketing and business development activities for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure construction projects.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with clients, developers, consultants, architects, and channel partners.
Prepare and manage marketing collaterals such as company profiles, brochures, presentations, proposals, and project portfolios.
Support tendering activities including EOIs, prequalification documents, pre-bid meetings, and client presentations.
Coordinate digital marketing initiatives including website updates, social media content, and online promotions.
Plan and oversee offline marketing activities such as site branding, hoardings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Maintain lead databases, follow-up trackers, and marketing MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams including project, tender, and finance departments for proposal and execution support.
Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and marketing agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing and communication platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience
in marketing or business development in the
construction / real estate / infrastructure industry
.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of construction industry practices and tendering processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
