To be responsible for mobilizing deposit products and help the Advance department to lend more loan products

To exhibit desirable disposition

To be punctual and carry positive attitude always towards business development

To enrol for daily con call and ensure the presence for video conferencing with any executives

To be ready always with performance data for internal monitoring of self-performance appraisal

To get updated with marketing environment and thoroughly screen changes for business development opportunities

To report directly to DGM - Business Development for daily/weekly/monthly potential members' meeting and share their details in a given template

To attend training for upscaling of skills, knowledge and abilities

To train new marketing executives for promoting our products and teach tactical way of doing marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
