Lead Generation:
Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads through trade shows, digital platforms, technical seminars, and direct industry outreach.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct ongoing market research, industry trend monitoring, and competitor benchmarking to inform business strategies.
Product Positioning & Promotion:
Work closely with engineering and product development teams to position technical capabilities effectively in marketing materials and proposals.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven campaigns and activities.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering collaboration between marketing, sales, and technical departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing and sales within the
manufacturing industry
, preferably in
aluminium die-casting, automotive components, or precision engineering
.
Demonstrated success in driving
sales conversions
and achieving revenue growth targets.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, especially in industrial or OEM sales environments.
Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and industrial sales platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
