Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to promote our range of construction building like: Luxury Residentials & Commercial Office buildings. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of Construction company, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate new business through field visits, digital channels, and client networking.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships. Identify and approach potential clients. Manage digital marketing channels. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Lead and coordinate

launch events and marketing campaigns

at project sites, ensuring seamless execution and impact Meet prospective clients in person or virtually to explain product offerings and demonstrate value. conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Must have 3-6 years of experience. Knowledge in Construction Industry is preferable. Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
