Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing plans to support hospital service lines and growth targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Brand Management:

Enhance the hospital's brand image through targeted campaigns and consistent messaging. Coordinate with media, advertising agencies, and vendors to produce marketing materials.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee digital presence including social media, website content, SEO/SEM strategies. Create and manage online campaigns, email marketing, and online reputation management.

Community Outreach & Events:

Plan and execute health camps, CMEs, wellness programs, and corporate tie-ups. Build partnerships with local organizations, schools, and corporates for health awareness initiatives.

Referral & Stakeholder Engagement:

Foster relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral partners to boost patient referrals. Maintain a database of referral sources and track ROI from outreach activities.

Reporting & Analysis:

Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports. Use analytics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
