Job Overview:

The Marketing Executive is the driving force behind retail engagement in the district, ensuring Zodi Silver products reach a wide Retailers. This role involves direct interaction with retailers, order processing, and executing marketing initiatives to boost sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Retail Sales & Client Engagement:

Promote Zodi Silver products directly to retail businesses within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers for repeat business. Ensure achievement of minimum weekly sales target.

2. Order Processing & Sales Tracking:

Collect, process, and confirm retailer orders efficiently. Track sales progress and report updates to the District Head. Analyse order trends and suggest improvements in sales strategies. Coordinate with Stockiest for Timely Delivery

3. Promotional & Marketing Support:

Assist in executing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. Encourage retailer participation in Zodi Silver's branding activities. Provide feedback from the field to help refine marketing strategies.

Key Competencies & Skills Required:
