Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Senior Marketing Executive (Team Lead)
to lead our marketing team and drive strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Franchise Development & Business Growth.
Identify and onboard new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones.
Identify and allocate franchises, fostering the growth of the company's network.
Represent Company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance market presence.
Drive sales and manage the end-to-end execution of client engagements and investment advisory.
Deliver high-quality financial models, pitchbooks, market analyses, and business proposals.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets.
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communications across all platforms.
Oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring ROI and measurable impact.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to support business growth.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Drive digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid media.
Coordinate PR, media relations, and partnerships to enhance brand reputation.
Monitor key marketing metrics and report results to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Experience in budget management and performance analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing or Business.
Industry-specific experience in Finical Preferable.
