We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive our marketing and communications strategy, lead campaigns, and manage a small team, including Marketing & PR Executives.

Job Summary



The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for

planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies

to strengthen Vibrant Publishers' brand presence, expand market reach, and drive sales growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution, along with team management skills.

Key Responsibilities



Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote books across domestic and international markets. Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing titles. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adapt strategies.

Team Leadership



Lead, mentor, and supervise the Marketing & PR Executive and interns. Oversee execution of day-to-day marketing tasks, ensuring alignment with strategy. Coordinate with authors, professors, influencers, and external vendors.

Campaign & PR Management



Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and events. Build relationships with professors, institutions, and industry professionals to expand reach. Plan and execute PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with Sales, Editorial, and Design teams to align campaigns with organizational goals. Track KPIs, prepare marketing reports, and present outcomes to Directors. Ensure consistency of brand voice across all communication platforms.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Master's preferred. 5-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in

digital marketing, content marketing, and PR management

. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in

Google Suite, MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms

. Familiarity with academic publishing or education sector marketing is a plus.
