We are now seeking a FEMALE Marketing Executive between 25-30 years of age with strong communication skills and proven digital expertise to support our marketing leadership and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and email. This role will primarily be for lead generation by reaching out to prospects on LinkedIn, sending our marketing collaterals, lead generation and also reaching out to prospects via inquiries received via Website inquiries and platforms like Indiamart. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and build qualified architect, designer, and corporate client leads. Draft, edit, and deliver high-quality marketing communication materials (brochures, sales decks, case studies, emailers). Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and collaterals. Manage regular content updates and engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website. Conduct competitor research and prepare monthly insight reports for management. Track ROI of digital campaigns and prepare performance dashboards. Support in planning and execution of exhibitions, events, and product launches. Maintain an organized library of project photos, videos, testimonials, and marketing assets.
Desired Skills & Competencies

Excellent English communication skills - strong command over spoken and written English, with a polished and professional tone. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Canva (or similar tools). Understanding of social media marketing, digital campaigns, and analytics. Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and deadline discipline. High attention to detail with an eye for premium branding and aesthetics. Self-driven, ambitious, and eager to grow within a premium brand environment.
Qualification & Experience

Graduate degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing role (interiors, building materials, or premium brands required).


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
