Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Senior Marketing Executive

from the

food & beverages industry

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive product visibility, and increase sales across various channels. The role requires creativity, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience in both

B2C and B2B marketing

within the food sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's food products across modern trade, general trade, HoReCa, and online platforms. Manage

brand positioning, promotions, and campaigns

to increase customer engagement and market share. Conduct

market research and competitor analysis

to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. Collaborate with the sales team to design

trade promotions, schemes, and marketing collaterals

. Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and vendors for

packaging, branding, and promotional materials

. Plan and manage

product launches, events, exhibitions, and in-store activations

. Track and analyze

campaign performance, ROI, and customer feedback

to optimize strategies. Ensure compliance with

FSSAI guidelines, brand standards, and company policies

in all marketing initiatives. can supervise ATL & BTL Activities. Knowledge of AIDA model. can create PR Plans. Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong understanding of the

food & beverage industry, consumer behavior, and market trends

. Proven experience in

brand management, trade marketing

. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and marketing tools/platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

.

4-7 years of experience

in marketing, preferably in the

food & beverage / FMCG industry

. Hands-on experience in

trade promotions and brand management

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
