1. Marketing & Business Development
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors.
Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and referral networks.
Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
2. Branding & Promotions
Ensure consistent hospital branding across all marketing platforms.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns (digital, print, outdoor).
Coordinate patient education materials, brochures, and hospital publications.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage hospital's social media presence, website updates, and online campaigns.
Work with digital agencies for SEO, paid ads, and content marketing.
Track patient engagement and lead generation from digital channels.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct competitor analysis and patient feedback studies.
Provide insights on market trends and develop strategies for service positioning.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management review.
5. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, patients, corporate partners, and referral sources.
Collaborate with clinical departments for promotional activities and service launches.
Support patient acquisition and retention programs.
