(IEPPL) is a leading trading and distribution firm representing multiple global principals (such as CRC, 3M, Loctite, FUCHS, VIMAG, TESA Tapes, Eco-tiles) and operating across multiple branches in Gujarat and North?India. We are looking for a driven Senior Marketing Executive to manage the field sales team across all regions, execute marketing strategies, drive growth, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, manage and mentor the field sales/marketing team within the assigned territory (Ahmedabad & North Gujarat / Vadodara / Rajkot/ Mumbai region) Develop and implement marketing & sales strategies aligned with the annual business plan (ABP) and principal objectives Map the territory, identify key customers, new business opportunities, and growth segments Ensure achievement of both existing business sustenance and new customer acquisition targets Conduct regular market & competitor analysis and share insights with management Coordinate closely with branch back?office, logistics, accounts and principals to ensure smooth operations Monitor team performance via KPIs, MIS & dashboards; hold review meetings, weekly & monthly reports Organise Group Selling Activities (GSA) and subject?wise field campaigns in collaboration with regional branches Interface with principals for new product launches, stocking strategy, and promotional initiatives Manage and reduce outstanding receivables, non?moving inventory in consultation with the branch & accounts team Provide inputs for incentive structures, field visit schedules, customer mapping, and branch improvement plans

Required Skills & Competencies



MBA in Marketing (or equivalent) with 2-3 years' experience ideally in industrial B2B/trading/technical sales environment Proven experience in handling field sales teams, new business development and territory management Strong analytical and strategic mindset with proficiency in Excel (MIS, dashboards) and good working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to drive a team, collaborate across functions, and interface with principals Result?oriented, self?motivated, independent, and organized; willing to travel within the region and capable of daily field visits Understanding of trading/distribution operations in industrial products (an advantage)
