About the Role

We are looking for a

to join our Zirakpur branch as a

Senior Marketing Executive

. The role demands a proactive, flexible, and adaptive individual who can manage operations, client interactions, and support multiple functions within the branch. The candidate should be willing to

break barriers, take ownership, and drive results

in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist BDM & other senior team members to close the sale Call clients based on provided data, take follow-ups, maintain client relationships, and schedule meetings. Support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, tracking performance, and managing social media queries. Handle and provide live product demonstrations of security devices installed in the demo room for visiting clients. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients. Maintain client databases, update CRM records, and generate daily/weekly reports. Assist in organizing branch-level marketing events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities. Coordinate with technicians and service staff for the smooth execution of on-ground activities. Address client queries promptly and ensure a superior customer experience. Oversee day-to-day activities of the branch office, ensuring smooth functioning. Act as a bridge between clients, the branch team, and the head office to ensure seamless workflow. Meet and maintain good relationships with architects, electrical consultants and builders. Assist senior management in reporting and creating sales funnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

Gender Requirement:

Female only.

Education:

Graduate in Marketing/Business/Communications or relevant field.

Experience:

1-3 years preferred in marketing, client servicing, or branch operations. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills & Traits:

Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and manage operations independently. Confident in handling client interactions and product demonstrations. Adaptive, flexible, and willing to take on diverse responsibilities. Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms. Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
