Respond to inquiries/comments and build community engagement. 2. Content Creation & Branding Write and publish blogs, case studies, newsletters, and website content. Coordinate with design tools/teams to create infographics, videos, and marketing creatives. Ensure brand consistency in messaging, style, and tone across all channels. Draft professional customer testimonials, press releases, and product write-ups. 3. Lead Generation & Business Development Support Research potential clients, industries, and competitor strategies. Identify and qualify leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, trade portals, etc.). Coordinate with sales team to share qualified leads for follow-ups. Create email campaigns and outreach strategies for client engagement. 4. Market Research & Insights Track industry news, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
