Marketing Landscape: Target Audience: Our primary target audiences include schools, principals, and transport managers, where our innovative solutions can make a significant impact on transportation efficiency and safety. Marketing Goals (Next Year): As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in achieving our marketing department\'s goal of generating over 1000 leads in the coming year. Your strategic approach and creativity will be critical to our success. Marketing Channels: We employ a diverse range of marketing channels, including physical mailers & gifts, expos, web crawling, referrals, and channel partnerships with non-competing product sales professionals. Your expertise in various marketing tools will be instrumental in harnessing the potential of these channels. Marketing Challenges: Currently, our online and social media channels are untested and unvalidated, presenting an exciting opportunity for you to drive innovation and establish our presence in these areas. Your innovative ideas and execution will help overcome these challenges. Responsibilities: The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for a wide range of marketing tasks, with a primary focus on lead generation, content creation, and design. The key responsibilities include: 1. Lead Generation and Outreach: Utilise web crawling and research techniques to identify potential leads and prospects. Conduct outbound calls and communication to engage with target audiences. Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute lead-generation strategies. 2. Marketing Fundamentals: Understand and apply marketing fundamentals, Venn Diagrams, Market segmentation, and sizing. Develop marketing personas and customer journeys to enhance targeting and personalization. Collaborate with the marketing team to define marketing objectives and strategies. Implement common analysis frameworks and templates to evaluate marketing performance. 3. Reporting, Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Organise and create comprehensive reports on marketing activities and performance. Engage in regular follow-ups and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. Manage relationships with vendors to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. 4. Content Creation and Marketing Collaterals: Create compelling designs, content & copy that resonates with channel-specific target audiences. Facilitate Sales with landing pages, social media posts, brochures, website content, campaign collaterals, presentations, printed sales collaterals and other marketing materials. Requirements: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative skills and marketing campaigns. Proficient in using tools for basic graphic design, landing pages, video editing, and spreadsheets.. Understanding of marketing fundamentals, market segmentation, and analysis frameworks. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to create detailed reports and follow-ups. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore. This is an in-office position.
