Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive
marketing plans
and campaigns (both digital and traditional) to drive footfall, increase brand visibility, and promote hospital specialties.
Market Research:
Conduct
market research
and analysis to identify target demographics, patient needs, competitor activities, and trends in the local healthcare market (across Jharkhand, as specified in your image).
Client Relationship Management:
Liaise with external partners
, local physicians, and diagnostic centers (Pharma & Diagnostic centres preference noted in your ad) to secure referrals and foster strong B2B relationships.
Promotional Activities:
Plan and coordinate promotional events, health camps, workshops, seminars, and other activities to engage the community and generate leads.
Content & Collateral:
Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, press releases, and advertisements, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and ROI, reporting findings to management.
