The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies to promote hospital services, build strong community relationships, increase patient footfall, and enhance the hospital's brand presence. The role involves both internal and external marketing activities aligned with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, and facilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, schools, and community organizations.
Organize health camps, awareness programs, and corporate tie-ups to increase outreach.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors' activities, and patient needs.
Manage hospital's digital presence, including website updates, social media campaigns, and online reputation management.
Coordinate with media and advertising agencies for promotional activities.
Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and newsletters.
Track and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Support patient engagement activities and enhance the overall patient experience.
Ensure compliance with NABH guidelines and healthcare advertising ethics.
